    Yes, they can be slipped but we should bump the sub-version too.

    I agree that we should do this.  If Simon or someone bumps the
    sub-version in those release branches I will slip the tags.

    (in /usr/src/sys/conf/subvers-BLAH relative to a checkout of the
    appropriate branch).
