DragonFly src repository

  Modified files:
    gnu/usr.bin/tar      Makefile 
  Log:
  Install GNU tar as gtar now in preparation for adding bsdtar.
  /usr/bin/tar is installed as symlink to /usr/bin/gtar, which
  gives the current behaviour. Same for the man page. This is disabled,
  if WITH_BSDTAR is set.
