Well, I thought about moving the generation of all headers and sources
into on place, if only to save time. You are right, libgcc is a bit
messy. I'll further investigate if we can drop the requirement completely
by hacking libgcc2 a bit more.

I would have prefered to have them in place for the single directory
built :)
