:in?  I see conf also has kmod.mk.  And I am sure there are others spread
:across sys as well.  Seems to be more tidy giving your restructering.

    I just followed what FreeBSD-5.x did.  There aren't enough .mk files
    to really need a separate sys/mk directory.
