Bug #2545: System hangs on shutdown, doesn't reboot

----------------------------------------
With later 3.3 and 3.4rc kernels, the shutdown -r command isn't always functional

After a few days of uptime, the system may hang during the shutdown sequence and the machine fails to reboot.

Priority set to High as remote machines can't be upgraded from DragonFly 3.3 or 3.4 without special intervention.
