[DragonFlyBSD - Bug #1515] pkg_search issues

Issue #1515 has been updated by tuxillo.

Target version changed from 3.8.0 to 3.9.x

It will be decided what to do for the next release with regards to all pkgsrc support left out in the tree, so moving to next version.

pkg_search -k flag does nothing with pkg_summary

man page has typos

-v doesn't show dependencies at least with pkg_summary

Test and confirm more.

(I just opened this ticket so I could remember, but if anyone gets to it first,
go for it.)
