[issue1133] laptop hangs on boot with ACPI enabled and power adapter connected

I think this one can be closed.  I'm almost certain that the problem was faulty hardware.Tim

I tested again tonight and it stays hung for hours.  I'll try to get
the kernel dump, but it will have to wait until I return from a week
long business trip.
