Not necessarily. But it would be smb(5) then. In fact most filesystems 
don't have an own manual page (no ext2(5), udf(5), etc. etc.). 
Originally, there were only mount_<fs>.8 pages. Those in man5 are rather 
new.

Of course if you submitted one, it would be added.
