Installer does not work on snapshots from including 25th April

:On iso images from 25th April onwards, the installer does not work.
:Tried with latest -HEAD and 1.4 release from 25th April and does not work.

    Yah, that's almost certainly the issue.  All that needs to be done
    is to wipe /usr/release/packages on the server and refetch them.  Then
    they should work again.
