DragonflyBSD 1.0.1 Install->Add-Regular-User->Password Complexity

When I added the root password during the configuration, I was able to
set a complex password for root. However, when I then created a regular
user called shirkdog, I could not even put the same password as the root
account. It said I could not use characters such as
"':;.,><?~!@#$%^&*

This breaks most policies for password complexity as these characters
are usually required for strong passwords.
