system clock speeds up

Hi,

I installed XFree86-4 from ports, but the same bug
with Xorg installed from pkgsrc.

If I run the 'X -configure' command to create a
default config file for X, the system clock speeds up.
I attached dmesg and scanpci output. The system
booted up with ACPI enabled, I think (I choosed the
default in boot menu).

I installed the system from
dfly-20041222-stable.iso.gz and uses the default
kernel and binaries.
