    You are saying that the machine is running ok, including the
    network, but you noticed some of the above messages in your
    dmesg?

    Is your network a wireless cardbus/pcmcia card that you plug in?  
    If so that the above messages can occur normally (due to buggy
    card drivers which don't control the interrupt properly), but should
    only be temporary conditions (lasting only for a second or two
    when you plug in or unplug the card).

    If that isn't the case we're going to need more information to
    diagnose the problem.  e.g. a better description of the machine,
    the circumstances, the full dmesg output, and so forth.
