IBM eserver 325 and Dfly-stable as of 28th Oct
Regular PS/2 keyboard connected via USB-to-PS2 converter (2 different
products!)

Sometimes while typing in shell keys are getting repeated like crazy and
the only solution is to unplug and plug back the converter:

Confirmed this with another USB-to-PS2 converter.
