Incorrect symlinks for sys/i386/include/ioctl_bt848.h and ioctl_meteor.h

Okay, this time I deleted those symlinks altogether and did a fresh 'world'
and found the same error during installincludes due to the same errant
symlinks.  I haven't yet found where those symlinks come from but I'm sure
if I have a few more beers it will all become clear to me ;o)
