two crashes + dumps

    Ok, this is from a June 4th kernel and the crash is related to specfs/
    device reference counting.  We made a huge number of fixes to the
    dev reference and specfs code since that time so there's a 90% chance that
    this particular issue has already been fixed.  I would try upgrading 
    your kernel.
