Strange panic with today's kernel

Should we do the same thing here as we did with the kernel?  Have a
sysctl specify the location of the old init:

kern.initfile=/sbin/init and after an installworld have it do something
like: kern.initfile=/sbin/init.old

Is this feasible Matt?
