missing command in README at dfbsd ISO's root (cpdup /usr /mnt/usr)

Hello!

I succesfully installed it on a machine via live CD, but had to boot
via CD once again, because there was a command missing to copy /usr to
hard disk which made loging into new system kinda impossible. No
/usr/libexec/getty :)

Still good work anyway! From beginners point of view some example of
actual values in disklabel would help a lot, but I guess new installer
will take care of that.
