Problems with clock on 1.1-CURRENT

It could be I'm fixating on ACPI just cause it's been the culprit in
other cases.  I've removed the line to disable ACPI and rebooted - my
/boot/loader.conf now has nothing in it.

If at this point, the clock doesn't speed up over time, then it's not
ACPI but rather the module I was loading before and/or the other
loader.conf settings.  logo_saver isn't the problem - it's loaded from
rc.conf (saver="logo") and has been loaded every time.  It's only when
vesa.ko is loaded that I see the speedup... Perhaps it's a wierd
interaction between the two?

If there's no speedup with an empty loader.conf, I'll try loading
vesa.ko as before but removing the reference to logo_saver in rc.conf,
and see what that produces.

(Just to throw another variable into the mix, this machine is running
with the patch Matthew had previously posted.)
