Great, thanks!  The caps tests now build and run.

Well, sort of - I'm having problems making them do what I think they do.
I always get this when trying to run the server:

	% /tmp/caps_s
	cid = -1

which means caps_sys_service() failed.  Do I have to create the "test"
service somehow first?  Also, the client always does this:

	% /tmp/caps_c
	0 client forked or lost connection, reconnecting
	<<hangs here>>
