Thanks. 'mount_mfs /dev/ad0s1b /tmp' leads to the fault.

Digging a bit deeper, the trap comes from inserting the card before
the it the eject finished. I am using a if_wi card (not tested with if_xe).
There is another bug: If there is any PCCARD inserting at boot time, there
is a hang just after init started. Ejecting the card and it works.
